Lately, I’ve been getting questions about incorporating essential oils into daily life, and I thought I would share a little about my journey with oils, and invite anyone interested to send me questions! I don’t know all the answers, but I have a TON of resources I am happy to share!
I started using essential oils when one of my coworkers brought in peppermint oil to the office when everyone was feeling sniffly in the winter. He gave me some on a q-tip to rub under my nose. I breathed it in and was hooked. Ever since I’ve been trying to turn to natural solutions for wellness first, before using medicines or other remedies. Over the past two years, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve gotten sick, and I think using the oils has played a big part in that.
Like I said, I’ve talked about them here before, particularly how I use them to help with sleep, how I incorporate them into my running practice, and how I use them in my skin care regimen.
