As of last week, I finished the 2 month program of Hammer and Chisel!
YAY!
And I’m going to to totally honest: I can’t SEE much of a difference. I know that there is a huge difference in my strength, because I kept bumping up my weights, but I was hoping to see a little more definition, and it just didn’t really happen. I really thought that with my diet of such limited sugar, that I would be able to see results. I didn’t follow the eating plan, but I am already able to control my portions. My plan is to keep doing the program while adding in running, and I think definition will come in time. Thankfully, I’m patient when it comes to fitness. Continue reading “Done! (again!)”
