So I’m sorry another week has gone by and I haven’t posted!! I’ve been a little busy this past week because I started a brand new job!! It’s kind of thrown my usual schedule through a crazy loop, and I’m still trying to adjust and get used to this new routine I’m trying to establish. Over the past two weeks, I’ve been a little
too busy. I realized that I might have bitten off a little more than I can chew for the first month of the new year. Unfortunately, one of the many changes I made had to be cut, and sadly, it was my yoga practice. While the previous two months I was able to do two-a-days twice a week, I was having a hard time making myself do a second “workout” every day. I’m trying to figure out how to reorganize my day to put yoga back in, but for now, I’m taking a short break. Continue reading “Updates”
I started The Masters Hammer and Chisel officially yesterday. And my first reaction – OUCH. I haven’t been this sore since I decided to row at the Head of the Charles earlier this year, after not having been in a boat for 5 years.

It’s the time of year for New Year’s Resolutions. For the past week or so, I’ve been thinking about resolutions I want to set for myself. But then I saw a post on Facebook that said something to the effect of, “Set Goals, not Resolutions.” I have to say, I agree wholeheartedly.
